Any Golf Course Superintendent, or former greenkeeper who must either be, or has been, a financial member of the Association. Such members shall retain all rights and privileges previously held except that of holding office.
A proposal for life membership must be made by two Class A Members of the NZGCSA and be forwarded to the NZGCSA Executive Committee not less than 7 days before the last Executive Committee Meeting, which has at least 42days clear of the AGM or SGM where the resolution is to be considered.
The Executive Committee shall consider all applications for life membership and shall by way of a resolution to the members, recommend nominations for Life Membership. Voting on resolutions for life membership shall be by way of a postal ballot and voting shall close 7 clear days before the Meeting where the resolution is to be presented.
