N.Z.G.C.S.A. Membership Survey

The NZGCSA Executive is undertaking a major membership survey.

With the Executive also looking to update the Associations Strategic plan in the coming year {Subject to budgeting } the information gathered will be of invaluable use.

The information that the Association gains from this survey when collated will only be made available to Members of the NZGCSA upon request. At no time will this information be made available to any other people or groups associated with the Turf Industry or related industries.

The survey is divided into 4 sections dealing with,

1. Wage and Salary Rates.

a. We have received a number of enquires regarding suggested pay rates from members working on their employment contracts. We hope to be able to provide members with this information based on regional and course budget so the information is relevant to all members.

2. Trainee

a. Information in this section will also cover wage rates for those course’s where the trainee has not completed his own form as well as looking for feed back on training as well as the Trainee of the Year Award.

3. Conference

a. NZGCSA Executive is looking to gain information for the next conference so that it can reflect the needs of the members. This is your chance to have your say!!

4. NZGCSA Services.

a. This section looks for feed back on what the NZGCSA currently does for members as well what services we could provide members with.

All survey forms that are returned will be treated in total confidentiality. The Executive committee of the NZGCSA would encourage all members to complete the forms in detail and return them to the Admin Officer so that the information collected truly reflects the majority of the members.
