Draft Changes to Associations
Constitution.

Following on from the Management Committee meeting held on May 1 2007 the Executive Committee have been charged with the responsibility of addressing some anomalies in our constitution.

There are a number of issues that have never been fully addressed since the fundamental change to individual membership. This has left both the Management and Executive Committees struggling to work within the confines of a document that does not truly reflect the current needs of the Association.

The Executive have now completed a draft of the changes and these have be circulated to the Management Committee for further discussion . To further help the Executive these draft changes will be tabled for discussion at the AGM to be held in Wellington on July 18. Below you will find a downloadable copy of the draft changes. If you are unable to down load this file please contact the Admin officer. We will also have copy's available at the Turf Conference in Wellington.
